If you saw my last post, or have been watching the news then you know that Obama and his media team have decided they will use his bully pulpit and the White House to squelch any nay-sayers in the media like Cramer or Limbaugh. I think that's a big mistake. The President needs to stay above the fray, take his criticism, while pushing forth his agenda.
But as is typical of Democrats, (even more so than Republicans, although they aren't without guilt either) their MO is to destroy the messenger. It's OK for free-speech in America so long as you agree with them. But if you don't toe the line, and you make big enough waves or headlines with your remarks...they're going to come after you. What a little bunch of men.
But I have to hand it to Cramer. His retort to Obama was well written and I thought packed a mean punch.
I tell you, Obama and his drive to destroy all the wealth-builders in this country is stirring up a hornets nest. Even some of his supporters are turning.
I spoke to a friend yesterday. She's a business person, but voted for Obama based on his promise of change. Like a lot of folks, including me, she was tired of the crap we're handed out of Washington, no matter the party in control. But she's now questioning her vote. She told me she's very worried about his huge move to the left and the politics-as-usual approach. She said there's no change, just a whole lot more of the same ol' crap.
I bet she's not the only one wishing they hadn't voted for Obama.
